There are two ways you can buy mailing lists:

(But first the Disclaimers!  These lists are derived from licensing board records and are not perfectly accurate. If you order a list with more than one license type, you may find duplicates when one individual holds more than one type of license.  Occasionally a therapist in one county will be misclassified by the licensing board as living in a different county.  Therapists sometimes move without informing their boards and the licensing boards are generally about three months behind in making address changes.  This means that, even if you use the list immediately, it will be normal to expect about 45 returns per 1000 names.  I buy list updates when they become available, which is usually once a month.  Sometimes the state does not release an update one month, but then releases two the next month. I have no way of knowing the date of the next release. These are postal mailing lists only, they do not contain phone numbers or e-mail addresses. Liability is limited to replacement of defective disks or labels.)

    Below, you will see some lists with special prices.  These are large Regional and Statewide mailing lists on disk in Excel format and each list has a specific price.  If you want one of these large lists, circle the list you want.  The prices for these Regional and Statewide lists apply only for orders on disk (CD) in Excel Format. If you want labels printed for you and shipped to you, the price is 10 cents per address plus tax.

    County Lists

    Below is a table showing the number of therapists and interns in each California county. Indicate the mailing list you want by circling the number of people on that list. The minimum order is $50. The cost is 5 cents per address on disk in Excel format or 10 cents per address if you want me to print the addresses on labels and ship them to you. Shipping cost is included. To figure the tax, multiply your total cost by .0875.
